#SHOPSMALL: A Quick Guide for Holiday 2020 Shopping
We’re days away from one of the biggest shopping weekends of the year! It’s estimated that over 140 billion dollars will be spent this weekend. With so countless small businesses struggling this year due to COVID19 many people are expressing their commitment to shopping small a priority this year. As a small business owner myself I know how hard it’s been and the proverbial “blood, sweat, and tears” that goes into providing a service or creating products as an entrepreneur. That considering I’m doing my best to #SHOPSMALL this year, specifically with black women owned businesses. Here are some of the brands and gifts I’ve been eyeing myself, some creative ways to support small businesses, and a few links to my own products!
On My Wish List: Small Businesses I’m Shopping With

Five Suns Boutique
More than apparel but I’m most excited about the adult and kids apparel from ethical and sustainable brands. Opens Dec. 1 but you can join their list on the website for updates.
Support Individuals with Affiliate Links
Let's be honest, as dedicated as we are to supporting small businesses it's inevitable that many of us will shop with big box stores for certain items, and that's ok! A creative way to shop with major retailers and continue supporting individuals [including myself] is through affiliate links and store fronts.
